Here is the delicious recipe off Bleu Bird Vintage Blog.
brussel sproutsolive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2t fish sauce
2T sweet chili sauce
salt & pepper
cut ends off of brussel sprouts and cut in half. toss in olive oil until evenly coated and salt and pepper generously. spread your brussel sprouts evenly on a baking sheet and roast in a 400 degree over for 15-20 minutes or until browned and tender. while the sprouts are roasting, mix together your chili and fish sauces and add your minced garlic. once your sprouts are nice and roasted, remove them from the oven and transfer to a bowl. add your sauce, stir and coat evenly. next transfer the brussel sprouts back to the baking sheet and spread out evenly. place them back into the over for an additional 4-5 minutes, but watch them close so they don't burn. you just want the sauce to slightly caramelize. remove from oven. serve and enjoy immediately.

Graham like to copy sister
Unwrapping Christmas Ornaments for her tree
She was in heaven, she kept saying- "wow!!! Mom, did you really get this for me????"
I have never gotten that reaction over any gift!
I never put a Baby picture in this ornament, but Madeline was excited and said "Mom, look there is a picture of me from when I was a baby"
Graham was yelling Ball and wanted to throw/ slam the ornaments against each other.
We only lost 2 ornaments that day!!!
Sad, but it could have been much worse!
Saying "Quack, Quack" to the ornament
Grham trying to rip all the feathers off her wings....
The kids decided to turn the christmas bins into pretend beds.
Madeline folder the blankets and put pillows at the top of their beds and move the bins around until she found the perfect spot. She said they had to be perfect for the next customers at her hotel.
Graham will only sit in the tiny chair, not the one that goes with the table.
He drags that tiny chair all over our house.
It was my step dads chair when he was a little boy.
We made puppets
And decided to put lights out before we left town for Christmas...
Thanksgiving update coming soon!
