She loves to talk about the big animals at her dentist.
The animals probably remind her of Big Momma and Grandpa Rick's house.
Looking at these, pictures Madeline said she had to bit something in the picture below.
Looking the the picture below, she said- " I got my first goody bag at the dentist with a Dora toothbrush in it and I got some money"
Madeline went to the dentist in the Fall and had a great time.
At her last appointment, the dentist said she would get extra prizes if she gave up pacis. Well, she gave them up about 2 weeks before her appointment. She went cold turkey and never looked back. She always rubbed our ears when she was going to sleep or was upset, once she gave up pacis, she never touched our ears again. Very strange! And yes, she was old (3.5 years old) when she gave up pacis but she did not get hooked until we brought baby Graham home a few days before she turned 2.
She had a good check up, no cavities, but they said she has a deep groove in one of her back teeth, she was born with this. They may have to scrape it in the future, but it will NOT require her getting a shot. So glad she loves the dentist, I am terrified about going to the dentist!
